No Frigidaire class action settlement is open as of October 19, 2026, so there is no claim form to file. Pending lawsuits include a case over gas ranges that run cooler than set and two over the gas ranges recalled on March 19, 2026, and an oven-glass lawsuit was dismissed in August. The open remedies are the recalls, which offer free repairs or refunds.

Is there a class action lawsuit against Frigidaire?
Several lawsuits against Electrolux Home Products were filed in 2025 and 2026. None has been certified as a class or settled, and none has a claim form. The main cases are:

A separate suit filed February 27, 2026, Nacarino v. Curtis International, says the mini fridge recall refund is inadequate. Its defendant is Curtis, the company that made those mini fridges, not Electrolux. Insurance companies have also filed at least 13 suits against Electrolux entities since May 2025 to recover losses they paid. Those are not consumer class actions.

No recall covers the oven glass door allegation, and we found no recall of Frigidaire front-load washers in 2024 to 2026. You can check any model against the Consumer Product Safety Commission's recall list.
Can I join a Frigidaire class action or get a settlement payment?
Not now. No class has been certified, nothing has settled and no claim form exists. If a settlement is reached, a court-approved notice will name the official administrator and a deadline. Be wary of sites that ask you to "register" or pay for a Frigidaire claim today.
For reference, a 2018 settlement over mold in Electrolux front-load washers gave eligible owners $50 or 20% off an Electrolux appliance. Its claim deadline was April 19, 2018.
What should I do if I own a recalled Frigidaire appliance?
- Find the model and serial number. Ranges and ovens usually have a label inside the door or along the lower frame, and refrigerators have one inside the compartment.
- Check it against the recalls above. If it is covered, request the free repair, replacement part or refund.
- Stop using a recalled mini fridge. Its remedy is a refund, and the recall is for fire and shock risk.
- Keep records. Save receipts, repair invoices and photos, and do not throw away a damaged appliance or parts.
- Report an injury or fire to the Consumer Product Safety Commission at SaferProducts.gov.
Hurt by a Frigidaire appliance in Houston?
A class action usually covers economic loss, such as the price of an appliance, and usually does not cover injuries. If a Frigidaire appliance caused a burn, a cut or a fire, you can bring an individual claim for medical bills, lost income, pain and suffering, and property damage.
